we here do not control anything with the address of
software.opensuse.org, nor do i know who should be putting software into
that repo…
but it looks like nothing has been put in there since December 2010,
13 months ago…so, maybe it is not actually what you expected it to be…
i can see that the alpha, beta, factory and experimental have all been
used since the ‘nightly’ has been…perhaps the devs workflow has
changed and they don’t do nightly anymore…
but the folks who control that repo are reachable at the address given here:
http://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Services_help#software.opensuse.org
maybe they can answer your question just by removing the apparently
unused repo.
