dolphin is a Plasma application firefox is - as far as I know - based on GTK (I don’t know what chrome/chromium are based on).

You need to find out how to change those settings for GTK applications (~/.config/gtk-3.0 might be a good place to start, but I’m not sure).

I went through my notes and found that quite some time ago I used /home/USERNAME/.config/gtk-3.0/gtk.css to alter the width of my scrollbars in firefox.

Probably can use this to find out how to implement your change.

solved in firefox, my theme is system theme, then click hamburger menu>more tools>customize toolbar
in the window left low check title bar and the buttons are big

This is the solution, I do this on every KDE install because I use a handy action on (KDE/QT) title bars, where if I middle click the title bar, the window gets minimized (Window Behavior → Titlebar Actions)

Ticking that checkbox will disable Firefox’s (GTK) buttons and let Kwin provide (native) window decorations instead. Which not only look exactly like those on every other KDE app, but also respect any customizations you applied to them via KDE’s System Settings.
