Without Firefox started your system works fine?
When you say it stops what happens? Black screen? it freezes?
yes yes!it freezes!for example i am installing nvidia driver(via one click)then yast is started and download all update for suse 11.2 downloadig… installing… finally system froze.everything stop.therefore i push power off button.same thing is happening ubutu 9.10 desktop.(not only firefox)
