finding libraries -- GNU librx

Hello,

While installing urlview for mutt, I received the error:

configure: error: you must install GNU librx

I’m wondering what are some good ways to search for GNU librx, or to find out if it exists in some other package in yast. I’ve encountered similar problems in the past while following others’ instructions, and many have included the name of some package that already contains those libraries–is there a good way to search? If so, which sites do you trust to download from?

In command line: “webpin librx”
In web: http://packages.opensuse-community.org/index.jsp?searchTerm=librx&distro=openSUSE_110

librx isn’t available, but:

You don’t need to compile urlview, is already available in the official repo.
ftp://ftp.mutt.org/pub/mutt/contrib/urlview-0.9.README states that “Requires: working regcomp() or GNU rx.”. And regcomp() is available, so there is no need for GNU rx.
