These forums are for openSUSE not SLE, you should ask your questions at
https://forums.suse.com same login as here 
Now in answer to your question, you need to add the SLE SDK Pool
repository or download the SLE 11 SP3 SDK iso image and add that via
YaST Add on products and install libgcj43.
