I finally got my second novel, “Royce O’Rourke - Realtor!” published as an ebook on Amazon. It’s a 21st century green book. It was written in longhand with a fountain pen, but I used OpenOffice in OpenSuse to type it in and convert to epub format, then upload to Amazon.
The plot centers on Royce’s ambition to join the Billion Dollar Brotherhood, a secret society bent on world domination.
But he must first battle a Roman Catholic Priest, a Voodoo Priestess Shaman, an Army of Zombies, and a Coven of Ants! And why is a strange, beautiful French woman seducing Royce after each open house?
It’s available at Amazon for the Kindle, iPhone, Blackberry, and PC (Windows and Macintosh).
I must say Amazon makes it almost too easy … But I’ve soured on the global consolidation of the publishing industry and I think ebooks are the future. Check it out, if you like a good potboiler!

Thanks guys! Actually, the zombies are a reaction to all the teen vampire-mania out there, which makes my blood curdle. They are more psychological, or at least it’s up in the air whether they are real or not.
I want my first book out. It has an IT director who moves her whole global organization off of Microsoft server products and on to Linux, OpenSuse, in fact!
If she’s one of the zombies, I doubt that would do any good to us on the marketing level…
I’m still awaiting a version of Ubuntu for zombies. Maybe Zubuntu?
