Is it possible to filter the new posts so that I can only see English posts? It’s just a waste of time to have to go through multiple language posts.

If you’re talking about looking at forums, sure…just click on
English. If you’re talking about searching forums, subscribe to the
forums you want to see, go to advanced search, search for a single
content type, then set it to only search subscribed forums.
