File quemu-ipxe not found on medium

Good day to everyone.
When trying to update:

zypper dup

I get the error:

File '/tumbleweed/repo/oss/noarch/qemu-ipxe-9.2.3-1.2.noarch.rpm' not found on medium 'http://cdn.opensuse.org/tumbleweed/repo/oss?mediahandler=curl2'

I assume this is due to a flaky mirror? I am not very experienced with OpenSuse though, so I am unsure.
I thouhgt I could add the main server as a temporary repo for this update, and remove it later so it uses CDN next time. Something like:

zypper ar -f -n temp-oss https://download.opensuse.org/tumbleweed/repo/oss/ temp-oss

Does this make sense? Am I mistaken?

Usually it is.

Yes. downoad.opensuse.org is not “the main server”, it is redirector which redirects you to a suitable mirror. You can try some mirror explicitly, check https://mirrors.opensuse.org/. Or simply wait and try tomorrow.
