All I can gather is winff is not compatible with that ffmpeg version and it is trying to use a previously existing option. I recommend you use handbrake-gtk or just ffmpeg from the command line instead of winff.
a) You should allways mention which version of openSUSE you use., And often also which desktop (KDE, Gnome, …).
b) Your picture seems to contain some terminal output. Terminal output is to be posted here by usiing CODE tags (use the # button in the post editor toolbar) and copy/paste the piece of code from the terminal window in between the CODE tags.
d) Better explain what exact the problem is. Saying “it does not work” is not enough in computer country. You have to tell what you did, what you expected to happen and what happened instead. Preferable showing as much as possible of this by the copy/paste from a terminal window (between CODE tags), but that is of course only possible with command line problems.
