Seems that at least following apps have incorrect apache 2.4 configuration:

[li]apcupsd.conf (this bug has also been reported to bugzilla thus just as an info)[/li][LIST]
[li]refers to incorrect www folder: /var/www/apcupsd[/li]
[li]uses v2.2 version Deny and Allow options that has been removed in v2.4 and replaced with Require option[/li][li]there are no files under www-folder[/li][/ul]
[li]gitweb.conf, mod_perf.conf, phpMyAdmin.conf, squirrelmail.conf[/li][ul]
[li]v2.2 options (Deny and Allow instead of Require)[/li][/ul]
[/LIST]
Squirrelmail has issues with ssl/tls but this was an issue already before update so it’s probably something else.
