- Can you install with the fips mode set and it will configure the system automatically,
- If so, is it the same as RHEL / Centos / Rocky with the fips=1 set by edtiing the boot menu, and
- can you do the same for Tumbleweed?

no ideas regarding opensuse, but in Tumbleweed KDE I see a
patterns-base-fips
in the repo (not in Leap 15.3 with xfce Desktop though)
