According to K3b I have got a very fast DVD burner… here’s what it said when I burned my last DVD on OpenSUSE 11.3, KDE 4.4.4 with K3b version 2.0.0…
Check out the second yellow warning triangle…

That has to be a new speed record… mind you, all went well with the burn but I don’t think it was as fast as advertised…
I have the same effect on my system (openSUSE 11.2 / KDE 4.5 RC3, K3B 2.0.0-30.2).
The listed burn speed is 7.31 (lower left)
But that sure is a strange yellow triangle message - One I have seen too, but immediately reassured myself by observing the info in my opening comment.
Welcome to the club of very fast devices. As you can see from this recent message from wget, I must have one of those top secret terabit ISP connections rumoured to exist:
Downloaded: 4 files, 2.0G in 0s (4082 GB/s)
lol!
I understand that some of the k3b developers are chartered accountants - that’s why you may not understand the numbers!
Yeah, I saw that but the warning message made me laugh…
I think I would prefer that over my fast burner…
Maybe we should put them in charge of the IMF and Greece might all of a sudden have money!
It gets even better the more I download. lol!
Downloaded: 2 files, 8.7G in 0s (17473 GB/s)
Ah yes, if only engineers ran the world instead of economists, accountants and lawyers. lol!
