FAQ correction (no contact us link, contradictory mail change instructions)

No, they are both required steps - first you have to make the change at the self-service page, and then you need to notify us so we can make a change here (at least, that’s what was needed previously - it’s possible that’s no longer needed and you can just change it on the self-service page).

It seems we do need to update the location of the “contact us” link to reference the “About” page specifically.

ETA: Looks like the page has already been updated - and the current FAQ page shows that contacting the staff is no longer needed. If you’re still seeing it, please provide a specific link to where you’re looking.
