Fan Control for Nvidia GPU on Wayland

Hi all!

I’ve been using OpenSUSE Tumbleweed (with x11) for about a year and I love it, but with the release of Plasma 6 I’d like to try out Wayland a bit more.

Unfortunately I have one necessary requirement before I do - fan control for my GPU.
(This is because my particular RTX 3060 has an INCREDIBLY annoying fan curve, turning the fans off and then cycling them back on with a loud grating-clicking noise.)

I’ve set my fan curve with GWE thus far, but it doesn’t work in Wayland. Tuxclocker seems like it should, but the OpenSUSE build doesn’t include nvidia libraries?

I’d love to have a GUI, but I’d even be happy with a script to set the fan curve/speed! If anyone can help me figure out either of those options, I’d appreciate it!

YMMV

This as well:

Oh, excellent, thank you!

All my searching was turning up Tuxclocker and not much else. Hopefully one of these does what I need.
