False network warning about limited connectivity in Leap 15.5

I have a similar/same problem on my freshly installed 15.5 as described here for Tumbleweed:

Network Management - Limited Connectivity

Not that long ago did a fresh OpenSUSE Tumbleweed install, everything is up to date. Network icon has a Warning symbol next it, and on startup notification pops up informing me that “This device appears to be connected to a network but is unable to reach the internet”, but my Internet connection seems fine, same thing happens when connecting to this router through a wireless connection. I’m now on KDE version of OpenSUSE, but previously did a fresh install with a Gnome, on that desktop environm…

On the network manager icon, there is an exclamation mark after system startup because the system is supposedly “unable to reach the internet”.
However, it works fine.
This was not the case with 15.4

With
sudo service network restart
the warning disappears.
Is this the same problem that was fixed with Tumbleweed, or is this something else?
