Fail to connect network after installation

Hi all,

Host Debian 7.3.1
Guest Opensuse 13.1
Virtualizer Oracle VirtualBox

No network after installation

ifconfig

systemctl start vboxdrv.service

Failed to issue method call: Unit vboxdrv.service failed to load: No such file or directory.

Network NAT
