If I now do a “zypper up” I have the problem that all the packages changed because of the vendor switch revert to the previous versions, which are higher than the ones on Packman. Should I use “–no-allow-vendor-change” or could this cause problems?

As said, that --no-allow-vendorchange should be the default.
As asked, show that zypper up. It is no use to tell “If I now do…”. Always show all and everything!
