anyone had a problem?

> What I’m doing wrong?

-not telling what operating system and version is in use…

-and, desktop environment if one is involved…

-and, what VM in use, if one is involved

-and, F-Secure? is a windows anti-virus application, right? so, why
are you installing it?

that said and hmmmmm this is just a guess: the errors make it look
like you have the remnants of a previous F-Secure install hanging
around–and they conflict with what you are now trying to
install…did you install some version before and then not uninstall
it before trying a new version?

do the F-Secure documents tell you that is ok, or do they specify a
clean out first?

-and, this is an openSUSE forum, it appears your problem is entirely
with F-Secure, and i don’t think there are many of those gurus
around…you may need to see if there is a forum at
http://www.f-secure.com/

Last clean/new 12.3 x86, KDE on VM, this is first instalation. This is what I wrote in the first lines logos installation. Once installed ver.7 and had no problems, maybe someone uses it … This is linux antyvir, not windows. Support & Downloads - Downloads | F-Secure Perhaps a GURU to find

which is server software, are you running a server?

and, this F-Secure is made to run with

32-bit
Asianux 3.0
CentOS 4, 5, 6
Debian 5.0, 6.0
Fedora 8
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4, 5, 6.0, 6.1, 6.2
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 9, 10, 11
Turbolinux 11 Server
Ubuntu 8.04 (Hardy Heron)
Ubuntu 10.04 (Lucid Lynx)

which of those are you running?

and, tell us about the hardware–especially if it is certified to run
one of the above listed server operating systems…

You’re not, the installation script is trying to run an rm command with
no parameters.

You’re probably best to contact F-Secure and find out why their installer
isn’t working on 12.3. There may be other dependencies they’re needing
as well, and they’ll be in the best position to tell you what those are.
