Hopefully this is the correct place to post this question, I couldn’t find anything else that seemed relevant.
Am I the only one experiencing extremely slow download speeds from the Tumbleweed repos?
I’ve noticed this has been happening for a few weeks now, I thought it was just my slow laptop but I checked my ADSL speed and it came back as 99mb up and 14mb down so it looks normal to me. This isn’t happening with the Ubuntu repos, just the opensuse ones.
I’ve seen it go as low as 296 bytes/second!
Here’s my repo list if it helps:

Due to high server load average download speed was down from 3 MiB/s to a few hundred KiB/s.
608 packages to upgrade, 13 new, 4 to remove, 1 to change arch.
Overall download size: 741.7 MiB. Already cached: 0 B. After the operation, additional 282.4 MiB will be used.
The download took less than 5 minutes and I also have a pretty normal ADSL connection.
