Extra software repositories

Since openSUSEuses the RPM Package Management System is it possible to install Fedora’s RPM Fusion and Non-free Fusion repositories in openSuse without compatibility issues? Also if so how do I do it? I really like openSUSE but it just does not have enough extras and no amateur or ham radio packages in it. THANK YOU for your time and consideration.

No, not really. Packages may have completely different names and versions f.e., so you would get issues for sure.
Although some packages might work.
