Evolution problems using mapi

I am using Evolution with MAPI. Whenever I try to log the following error occurs:

"Unable to authenticate to Exchange MAPI server: file exchange-mapi-connection.c: line 369 (exchange_mapi_connection_new): assertion` profile! = NULL 'failed "

Can anyone help?

I can’t help, but I can tell you information you should provide that will help other people to help you:

  • Version of openSUSE you are using
$ cat /etc/SuSE-release
  • Version of Evolution you are using
$ rpm -qi evolution

  • The version of Microsoft Exchange that you are attempting to connect to.

  • Details of the circumstances under which the error occurs.

Did you ever figure this out? I’m having the exact same issue. Can’t figure it out.
