Evolution 2.29 Segmantation Fault on 11.2

When I try to start Evolution 2.29 on openSUSE 11.2, it aborts with a Segmentation Fault.
Has anyone else seen this problem?
Here are the message produced before it crashes.

This is a very old thread. Are you really using 2.29? I cannot see this
problem with 2.32.
Which OS version are you using and which desktop (I guess gnome)?

openSUSE 11.3 64 bit | Intel Core2 Quad Q8300@2.50GHz | KDE 4.5 | GeForce

openSUSE 11.3 64 bit | Intel Core2 Duo T9300@2.50GHz | KDE 4.5 | Quadro FX

Evo 2.30.1.2

Suse 11.3 64bit

KDE 4.6

Second 11.3 system in the past couple months where Evolution died.

Sorry for the late reply. I use evolution on the laptop (second system
below) in version 2.32, I also remember that the first version I had 2.30.1
made problems therfor I updated it.
If you want to try that add the gnome 2.32 stable repository to your system

download.opensuse.org

/repositories/GNOME:/STABLE:/2.32/openSUSE_11.3/

and update evolution and its dependencies in yast.
If you do not want to make this version jump there is also a .230 repository
available

/repositories/GNOME:/STABLE:/2.30/openSUSE_11.3/

which contains newer evolution builds with bugfixes.

Thanks but I’ve decided not to take any chances and switch to Thunderbird.
