Everything asks GLIBC. Nothing provides the dependencies in the repository

Hello, everyone.
I use OpenSUSE Leap 15.4, and this problem has persisted with me for MONTHS now. A lot of applications I try to run say they require GLIBC_2.33, GLIBC_2.32 and GLIBC_2.34 to run. They literally don’t even run without these dependencies, but I can’t find them ANYWHERE to download. I’ve been trying to ignore the issue because I can’t find any fix or the source of these dependencies online, but I’m sick of being unable to run the applicaitions I want. I wanted to mod a game recently, but the only mod manager for linux won’t run without them.

Can anyone help? What do I do? Where do i find these dependencies? Or do i have to finally move on to Tumbleweed? (If the answer is yes, Can i do it without losing my files?)

If the games are officially supported by a different distribution you can always try distrobox. Personally I would lean towards using it when building or installing many third party libraries to not clutter up my host machine.

I have tried to install through the standard repos. I just get an error message saying “glibc-2.39-713.23.x86_64” that i want to install is in conflict with ‘filesystem < 15.6’ provided by filesystem-15.0-11.8.1.x86_64 currently installed"

I don’t know what to do because i’m too afraid to accidentally ruin my system

Your Leap 15.4 is dead, upgrade to Leap 15.5.

Can i upgrade to another version without losing my files? Is moving from 15.4 to 15.5 a clean install? There are important stuff in my computer that I don’t have the means to back up just yet

Seems the most up to date installed version of glibc that I have is 2.31. At least all of them are listed as that with the exception of linux glibc devel, which is 5.14

zypper lr -d

You can use:
LANG=C zypper lr -d
and

to get it in English.

Factory, Tumbleweed, Suse Repos and a Repo for S/390…

I think you have used to much 1-click Installations…

So I wonder not, that you have problems…

I was fearing the problem was something like that…that repo-list is probably a result from a problem I dealt with a bit back with plymouth that i tried to fix…

Alright, don’t sugarcoat it: Is there something I can do to fix this situation aside from a complete reinstall or is that the only option?

No Leap Repos.

Also I would disable Repo No. 2:
zypper mr -d https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Base:/System/standard/
Because that’s your mean problem

After this, I would get a list of packages not in any enabled Repo:

zypper se -si | grep -Ei 'system_p|system p|system-p|systemp'

And compare each package from that list in Yast-------install Software with the Version tab to switch it back to a package from the SLE-Update Repo, OSS-Update Repo or OSS Repo (in this order)

Reboot and hope…

If all is workin, you can delete the Repo No 2 of the above list, also Repo No 3 it’s an S/390 Repo.

Maybe some other Users have an other idea?

Ah forgotten:
Better is not to use /home Repos if you do not know, how often they were updated or bugs corrected.

Also:
If an Repo is enabled, please also enable the refresh.
Otherwise you can get also errors when updating/installing.

I removed the listed repositories, but

zypper se -si | grep -Ei 'system_p|system p|system-p|systemp'

Doesn’t seem to do anything. The terminal just stays blank after i use the command.

There is no package, but I do not know, if Portugese language use also system-package or something, so please use the LANG=C before.
