eth0 is not about wireless (that would be wlan0), but about cable
What wireless device do you have? What openSUSE level. What did you do to configure until now? Please provide information, we can not look from here to Delhi.
Try to answer the question of hcvv and at the same time run these commands and post results back here too.
- first run su to become root
- iwconfig
- ifconfig
- lspci | egrep “thernet|ireless”
- lsmod | egrep “iw|ath”
