ethernet card connection problem in Suse11

I’ve a problem about connetion internet by ethernet card. Card information is known by system. I can see details of card information on screen. Dynamic address is selected as DHPC by default. I can connect internet via wireless connection, but I can not via ethernet.

How can I solve this problem?

Three suggestions:

• Double check the configuration against these screenshots: HowTo Configure a network card in Suse/openSUSE 10, 11 for LAN and Internet Access.
• Please post the response to this command in a console: lspci (just the network stuff)
• what is the make and model of the card and do you have a laptop
