After Installing complete Opensuse, It was giving Error while installing bootloader(grub) and i had to leave it like that. Now How can i Install Bootloader. I have windows 7 already installed.

you could try to boot the install cd in rescue mode or use an boot cd of Knoppix.
Than just follow Installing GRUB using grub-install - GNU GRUB Manual 1.98-r2508
