Error when snapd is upgraded

/usr/libexec/snapd/snap-confine: no configuration entry in active permission profiles found. Cannot check this path.
Please reboot, logout/login or source /etc/profile to have /snap/bin added to PATH.
On a Tumbleweed and Leap 15.3+ systems you need to run: systemctl enable snapd.apparmor.service
(37/37) Installing: snapd-2.63-1.8.x86_64 .....................................................................................[done]
Running post-transaction scripts ..............................................................................................[done]
There are running programs which still use files and libraries deleted or updated by recent upgrades. They should be restarted to benefit from the latest updates. Run 'zypper ps -s' to list these programs.

is this normal, is snapper functioning? I am concerned, I have tried running systemctl enable snapd.apparmor.service but the error persists.

We are not seeing the command you used to get this output.

Please always copy/paste that one more line (that is not too difficult I hope): prompt.command line, all output lines, the new prompt line.

shoot, I alread closed the window

sudo zypper dup
