machine via console - so far I haven’t seen an interface…

Hi
I meant when the vmware GUI is started, but don’t think you can get
there until the services can start…

Have you tried to remove vmware and re-install?

NOTE TO EVERYONE:
There are MANY posts about the current version of VMware Workstation
on this forum. As for the VMWARE issue, there currently appears to be
ONE solution: ‘THIS ONE’ (http://tinyurl.com/8vtqdl) :smiley:
Now my Workstation is up and running like a charm guys. ^^ The only
problem that occurs to me is that FileZilla isn’t staring as well.

THANKS for your great help so far, malcomlevis - points raised. :wink: …
(maybe you could help me a little for solving the FileZilla issue
too…)
