Error on boot, radeon related.

Hello
Running opensuse tubleweed w/kde, still kind of a linux noob.
boot takes a long time (30+ seconds on a SSD- pretty sure its related to wicked),but I have these errors on boot.

radeon 0000:01:00.0: VCE init error (-110)
sp5100_tco: I/O address 0x0cd6 already in use

I am using a asrock 970m pro3 motherboard with a r7-250 video card.

I also noticed the card may be running in 32 bit mode?

When I boot up, system updates do not work as I am “offline” may be related to the 2nd issue (or wicked)? (If I run manually they work fine)

my system log (journalctl) is filled with 200+ per second of this message (100,000+ lines per boot session)

linux-fauk org.kde.KScreen[2018]: kscreen: Primary output changed from KScreen::Output(Id: 82 , Name: "DVI-0" ) ( "DVI-0" ) to KScreen::Output(Id: 82 , Name: "DVI-0" ) ( "DVI-0" )

I guess, the questions are

  1. Are the errors on boot anything to worry about?
  2. is the

indicitave of an issue such as bad monitor?
3) Can I fix the update issue easily?
4) Are there are fixes i need to do?

Any help/input is appreciated. thanks in advance.
