error message with XMMS -- SuSE 11.0

Hello, everyone.

I installed XMMS (1.2.11-1.pm.1-x86_64) and Streamtuner (0.99.99-207.pm.1-x86_64) from Packman. Streamtuner opens but XMMS does not.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled both programs but that has made no difference.

I get the following output from the terminal but have no idea what it means or where to start with changes or repairs.

Using RedDwarf’s 10 steps check for multimedia everything came back fine except this one. Is it problematic?

gil@phred:~> rpm --verify --query --all ‘gst’
S.5…T /usr/lib64/gstreamer-0.10/libgstpulse.so

I verified that I do have gstreamer-0.10-pulse installed.

Does this help address my problem?
