When I try to access photos on an iPhone the normal options to download via Dolphin, Gwenview and Digikam pop up.
Trying to access the photos via Gwenview or Digikam gives no results - nothing is visible.
Digikam throws up the following error message: “The specified camera (”/org/kde/solid/udev/sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:14.0/usb1/1-4/1-4:4.2/net/eth1") is not supported"
When accessing the iPhone store in Dolphin results in an error message: “The process for the camera protocol died unexpectedly”.
A second try gives the error message: “Could not read. Reason: Could not claim the USB device”
Dolphin sees the iPhone as follows: camera:/Apple%2520iPhone%25205%2520(PTP%2520mode)@usb:001,007/store_00010001/DCIM/102APPLE/

This last line seems to be consistent with the error message given by Digikam.
