error in running eclipse on opensuse 11.4

hi.
i install opensuse 11.4 and want to use eclipse for c++, but when i tried to run eclipse , it show this dialog

“there is no application installed that can open files of types executable (application/x-executable)
Do you want to try to install one?”

(this exe of eclipse runs on 10.2 successfully! )
why?

How did you install it (which version and from where) and how did you
start it. What happens if you start it from a terminal (console output)?
