My Apache2 server will not start with the following error:

Nov 19 15:46:59 jarfx start_apache2[18984]: Invalid command 'Order', perhaps misspelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration
I have not edited this file.
I uninstalled the nagios-web module, and the error went away, so I think something is wrong with the default configuration file.
The original Nagios is hoary and I’ve hardly ever seen anyone set it up right because there are soooo many ways to do it wrong and very little guidance.
I recommend instead, which all support nagios clients and more
Icinga (last I checked it’s in the OSS)
Nagios XL (download from nagios, is a commercial product but free for tiny networks)
Zabbix (a re-build based on nagios design)
There are others as well, all to be recommended instead of nagios.
