Could you help me with this please I have no idea what happened after restarting
Could you please provide us with a little more info?
- What happened before the restart? Any upgrade, installations, etc?
- What version are you using? Tumbleweed (it’s in this section but the kernel is pretty old so I don’t think), Leap 15.3, etc?
- Have you tried selecting another boot entry from grub, in the advanced options section?
Without any info it is really a challenge understanding where to start with the troubleshooting.
I have a bank of ups for about 2.5-4 hours depending on the load they have and it exceeded that time and it turned off, then it did not start anymore
the version I’m using is 12SP3
If I have tried selecting another way to boot grub but it always returns to the same
@gabovilla07 Hi and welcome to the Forum That kernel would be from the openSUSE Leap 42.3 era… way out of support…
You mean SUSE Linux Enterprise?
Then you are at the wrong place. This is the openSUSE forum.
@gabovilla07 then you need to contact SUSE Support, either via phone or via SCC and create a support request. The other option is joining the SUSE and Rancher Community https://community.suse.com/and asking for help there. Or hit the SUSE Support Documents SUSE Support | SUSE
