Althoug this also is a Gnome issue, it has occured in the 13.1 beta and current RC1.
The icons in the 13.1/Gnome 3.10.0 Favorites (dock) look smaller than corresponding for 12.3/Gnome 3.6.2. I compare the same number 22 icons in both cases.
On 12.3/Gnome 3.6.2 I also think the icons changed from default medium size to small after I added some icons.
Is it possible to enlarge these icons on Gnome 3.10 ? (preferably as easy as using the Universal Access for enlarging text)
I tried to install and open dconf-editor, but could not really see how to change the icon size in the org > gnome > shell > favorites

The size of icons in dash/favourites depends on :-
==>Number of favourites. Less number of icons = bigger icons
==>Number of applications open when running activities = Less number of
open applications = bigger icons.
