Energy saving settings with no locally users logged in

I want to hold a laptop available for remote logins. But when nobody is logged in locally and the lid is closed the system hibernates - what results in disconnecting all remote sessions. Energy saving settings can only be configured by the user and do not control the behaviour in this situation. Does anybody know how to prevent the system from hibernating with no users logged in?

When you go into System Settings (I’m assuming you’re using KDE) and then select Power Management under the **Hardware **section, you should be able to set that in there.
There is more settings under Activity Settings like “Define a special behavior” where you can set “Never suspend or shutdown the computer”.

Thanks for your fast response. These settings were done already. But they control the behavior only as long as the user is locally logged on who made these settings. I’m looking for some kind of global settings that work even if nobody is logged in.
