On previous version there were 3 tabs ( AC, On Battery, On low Battery ).
Seems to be missing in 16.0

So, open System Settings app … in the upper-left, click into the “Search” field and type: “power”.
Does the “Power Management” option show up in the left panel ?? If yes, when you select “Power Management” , the Battery… choices do not show up on right side?
It is not missing in Leap 16.0. It is there as it is a core component of Plasma.
The power management module of systemsettings is checking the capabilities of a system (read the documentation of this module via the Help button). If no battery is detected, the basic page with basic settings is presented. If a battery is properly detected, the advanced page with “AC-Power, On Battery, On Low Battery” tabs is shown.
So you have propably an issue with detection of the battery, if the tabs are not shown on your mobile device.
The module is using powerdevil. Search your journal for battery detection and powerdevil issues.
