Enabling Legacy Module 12 x86_64

Hi,

I’m following a guide on installing a SAP product on openSUSE Enterprise 12. This is an instance I created straight from the AWS EC2 console. At one point my install it fails because it “Cannot load libssl.so.0.9.8” at which point I’ve been given the advice to downgrade libssl. This can be done through Legacy Module 12 x86_64. I can find this through the YAST text version and it looks like it’s already checked: “[x] Legacy Module 12 x86_6”. I can’t change it though and the YAST Help mentioned that it “might require additional access codes”. Does this mean it’s already installed? At this point I am getting confused. I have created an account on the Customer Center. I think I have registered my instance through SUSEConnect although it’s not showing up in the list. I probably have not used a real registration code and I don’t really know where to find one.

Any advice?

Unfortunately you have ended up on the wrong forum, there is no openSUSE Enterprise, it’s just SUSE Please head over to https://forums.suse.com and repost in the https://forums.suse.com/forumdisplay.php?18-SLES-Install-Boot same username/password.
