Emerald will not load

Hi,
Installed 11.0 (several times KDE4, then KDE4 then KDE 3.5.9) and finally got it to where I want BUT!

Emerald will not load. Compiz works fine, loads nicely, but when I set Emerald as the window manager nothing happens. Can’t change theme to emerald theme

Have tried removing both Compiz and Emerald then re-installing via the 1 click install for 11.0 but same thing.

Anyone else had this?::confused:
