emacs- cursor artefacts / redraw broken, gtk3 problem?

Hi,

on my machine, open a file in emacs, windowmode, navigation around, the curser leafs artefacts on the screen and is than shown incorrect.
its not possible to see the current position any more and everything start to look strange

would like to make a screen shoot, but when the window loses the focus the view repairs itself.

openSUSE 13.1 KDE, it this some side effect of gtk 3 themes / settings, and how can I fix it

Do you have an intel gfx chip?
