Elections? What elections? Does anybody know? Or, are they just Board?

Whatever happened with the openSUSE Board elections?

https://news.opensuse.org/2016/12/12/election-season-begins-for-opensuse-board/#more-20262

Actually, though that article states otherwise should be expected, I have seen no announcements of who is standing for election/re-election.

Nor have I seen any campaigns.

Nor have I seen the election poll, which was to end yesterday.

And, today, February 2, where is the announcement of the results?

Just wondering?

Hi
You need to keep an eye on the Project Mailing List…

Thanks, Malcolm.

Just starting to add mailing lists to my member mailbox, so adding this list now.

Still, since the initial announcement was in the News section, probably should have been some mention there?

Problem with mailing lists, though, is that I rarely check my e-mail, do not use it much.:stuck_out_tongue:

Got tired of e-mail decades ago.

Elections on hold due to technical problems…boy this sure is an American company now. rotfl!

All joking aside, perhaps that should be a more public post.

The elections have resumed - for any who missed the news: https://forums.opensuse.org/showthread.php/522944-openSUSE-Elections-2016-2017-resumed

I voted earlier this evening.

The links for Andrew Wafaa’s **announcement **and **platform **are busted. They direct you right back to the ballot interface. I’m not sure who has the ability to fix that.

Yep.

I voted already, too.
