Elecktrum Bitcoin Wallet Will Not Launch. When I click on it in the menu it does nothing. Gnome 3.16.

As always in these sorts of situations, use a terminal window and start it from there. You may see (error) messages that are ottherwise hidden from you by the GUI.

You should also post some info about the app, like where it’s from, the version etc.

Simple way if the app was installed as a package is to post the results of the following

zypper info *package_name*
