a)I want to edit default suse’s kde menu (3.5.x) to fit my needs. I want to shrink the menu’s size (reduce icons and fonts) Do u know if that is possible?
b)I also want to try edit the kde’s default menu (3.5.x) increase its size fonts and icons. Any help will be useful
I think you are talking about re-writing the source code. In which case you need to be running suitable development software.

Well yes i dont want to make everything from start i just want to customize it somehow. Do u know if i can find in kde-look.org other menus too for kde?
Not sure. My guess they will be built in to a theme.
I am still searching in kde-look and still nothing. So there is not an easy way to configure the suse kde menu. Right?

This won’t work for SUSE menu style, but with KDE Menu Style you can adjust menu sizing:
