Eclipse 3.4.0 and plugins

@sunetjensen
Great! Thank you for posting back!
@randomguy
That would be good. I know about this issue with eclipse from earlier. There was a thread also about these plugins, but nothing changed in the repo with eclipse.
Good luck.

i get this error using the archive from the site which allowed me to install the svn plugin. any ideas how to fix this, im a total beginner to eclipse. it worked just fine on my fedora installation.

SVN: '0x00400006: Validate Repository Location' operation finished with error: Selected SVN connector library is not available or cannot be loaded.
If you selected native JavaHL connector, please check if binaries are available or install and select pure Java Subversion connector from the plug-in connectors update site.
If connectors already installed then you can change the selected one at: Window->Preferences->Team->SVN->SVN Client.

Make sure that you have installed SVNkit or JavaHL connectors, and they are selected (as it’s explained in the error message).

Hi,

I downloaded PDT all in one and extracted it in my user directory. But it doesnt do anything when i double click on eclipse file?

It should open up eclipse as it should from the guide but it doesnt… no error or whatsoever… Am i missing something?

thanks for the help…

Why did you extract it to your home directory? It makes no sense. Extract it to

/usr/share/eclipse/plugins

.
