Hi,
Has anyone successfully installed easymp3gain in OS 11.3?
Have tried using Yast and from Webpin - both methods inform me that vorbisgain is unavailable and installation fails.
Any help/advice would be appreciated.
Regards,
Dyfi.

I have it
rpm -q easymp3gain
easymp3gain-0.5.0-1.pm.2.1.x86_64
From packman
Check this guide
Multi-media and Restricted Format Installation Guide
Have run the code and this is what the terminal shows:-
user@linux-t1ta:~> rpm -q easymp3gain
package easymp3gain is not installed
user@linux-t1ta:~> easymp3gain-0.5.0-1.pm.2.1.x86_64

I can’t make out where you are now, that post was confusing.
Open Yast Softwaremanager, add packman repository, search easymp3gain, mark it, install it.
Thats all.
For OS 11.3 otherwise change it. There are shure packman mirrors also.
The Url: http://packman.inode.at/suse/11.3/
Hi,
Sounds easy - but it will not install for me, either from Yast software or directly from Packman, via your URL address.
This is a new installation of OpenSuse, just a few days old, and I have been very careful not to break anything. All of my other required software has installed satisfactorily.
The fail message using Yast says that “nothing provides vorbisgain which is required by easymp3gain”
I feel quite stumped with this one!
