Duplicate notification popup

Hi… strange behavior oh my workspace, there is this unknown notification popup appear on top left of the screen other than the one on the panel.

Anyone have experience on remove the top notification popup?

this is my root account that i mainly use everyday, but if i created new account the top navigation not exist.

There is one big error you made: DO NOT USE YOUR root ACCOUNT TO LOG IN AT ALL and especialy NOT IN THE GUI!

One possible cause of having two notifiers is that you had KDE3 installed before; if that is the reason, establish which is the KDE3 one and delete it.
