ffmpeg-8-mini-libs should not be installed on a production system, so lock/taboo it and likely some updates will be held back until all packages match.
But I agree with @malcolmlewis , you should not need the Packman ffmpeg these days unless you have special requirements, so think about switching ffmpeg to the OSS repo.
