I have some PC’s that have Bluetooth built in & I have that on & use for a mouse, which seem to work fine. However when I do a DUP I get a posttrans (thin-provisioning-tools-1.3.3-2.1.x86_64) script output:
dracut[W]: If you need to use bluetoooth, please include it explicitly. This is repeated three more times. It seems to come after a python313 item, but guess that could be a coincidence rather than being related to that perhaps?
Just a bit curious about this as my bluetooth seems to be enabled & working - so not sure what this is on about or anything to try & rectify? I guess if it ain’t broke don’t try & fix it or can anyone shed any light on this & what it means please?
The message is from dracut warning you that if you use a Bluetooth keyboard and need to use it at a very early stage in the boot process, you will need to enable Bluetooth in the dracut config file, but it’s not something that will effect your system after the initial boot process.
Ah thank you for taking the time to reply - that makes sense. I have grub & dual booting so use 2.4g dongle or wired rather than bluetooth for that reason. I guess it might be good if I knew how to add it as sometime bluetooth is more reliable at a distance than 2.4g.
I don’t suppose you or anyone else / admins would know how to do that?
