I’m new to opensuse and linux.I installed opensuse 13.2 sucessfully in my system.But I couldnt boot to opensuse.Instead it always boots into windows.Please try to give me solution having descriptive explantion because I am newbie to linux and opensuse.

What method are you using to boot your system UEFI or Legacy (mbr)? Look in your system BIOS if not sure. If UEFI, then in you system boot menu (the one you press to see a boot menu) does openSUSE show up there?
Also what is your hardware, laptop, desktop brand etc would help.
