Dual boot OS X and openSUSE

Hey guys

I’m pretty new to Linux, so I’ve been just messing around a little.

I attempted to dual boot Ubuntu on my Macbook 5,2 but it didn’t go so well. I get stuck on grub menu, and I tried various things to fix it, none of which worked, and no one really seems to have an answer for that as far as I’ve seen.

So I’ve been considering attempting to dual boot with openSUSE instead.

So I was just wondering, if its been done successfully on a Macbook 5,2 before, and how exactly I should go about it. can I install it on my free space I partitioned for my Ubuntu, and dual boot with rEFlt or is there other special steps I should take?

Have a look at: Installation - openSUSE.
